girl you have to stop saying "were almost done" it makes me wanna quit but anyways you made me loose 4 pounds in the first week TYSM I used to be 195 and I am now 189 not a big difference but its something for the first week and also your really pretty and underrated💓💓

I’m officially done with the 30 day challenge and I lost 10 pounds and I feel a lot stronger and this has also not only my physical health but my mental health as week if you are asking yourself if you should to this then get up rn and do it, I promise it’s worth it

I'm finally on day 7. Yay!! I took a rest day yesterday, but I've been strictly following the workouts daily other than that. I've noticed my motivation growing, and I don't have to take breaks (if I do it's a 5 sec break to breatheee lol). I haven't lost weight from what my scale says, it could be my scale that's messed up because it's been acting weird, so I have to see. I'll be weighing myself elsewhere to test that. Otherwise I do look slimmer. My diet has been alright. Anywaysss, if anyone was wondering this is my journey. I hope you guys keep going and don't give up. Ik it's tough.

i've never been so motivated to workout. i love her chill approach. i'll watch netflix while doingg this and it's like my self care for the day. thank u so much i'm already seeing results!!! my legs are getting slimmer and i feel a lot healthier

i've been following this since day one (but i've missed a workout..) but i can feel how much stronger i am with this workout!! I did crunches and held all of the planks with NO problem. the me of two weeks ago couldn't even hold them for more than 5 seconds!
