@ddshane I try to push as hard as I can in my workout videos so its actually normal to be out of breath. I try to show in my videos what it looks like to really push yourself so it sets the bar for the guys trying out the workout. If someones training for real, and they still have a normal breath, then their workouts just isn't intense enough.

Why does everyone shit on Mike so much? This video is far from bullshit. He warmed the muscle up, hit it heavy, stressed good form, etc. Its a good video with good advice. Put your flame throwers away....I'm sure I'm curling way more than 3/4 of these commentors and I will tell you that if you follow this correctly you are going to overload your biceps, guaranteed.

@WorkoutDude25 Great Question! The reason why people who's learning how to lift should not do low reps is bc performing low reps require using heavier weight and beginners need to have their form down and also get their muscles use to being worked before going heavy or they could get injured

@Stip000 Maybe about 2 miles total, outside on a good week. Not alot of running, I get the cardio and stamina from other more intensive workouts.

@scrabble242 When we hit the public gyms we just wait until most people are clear of the dumbbells. The remaining people understand that it is part of a routine and let us go for it. It doesn't take long.

I'm on my 4th week of working out and still going. I have to say it's amazing. I'm not doing everything that Mike Chang is recommending us do (as he has so many videos for each kind of individual and everyone has their own workout plan), but I have to say the cycle I chose to do is pretty amazing and results are seen. Stay consistent and always have the goal on mind is what keeps me going in addition to guys like Mike inspiring me to keep in shape and healthy.

I liked mike Chang Workouts but the thing he never controlled his negatives he does fast reps which doesn’t really helps the muscles to be under tension which makes grow even more

Man, at 15 I was at 200lbs, overweight, and unhappy with myself. It's now a year later, I weigh 153, I have a 6 pack, and though I'm a bit skinny (I focused too much on cardio and not enough on gaining muscle), I'm happy with myself. Now I'm starting to build muscle. Thanks so much.

@r3fr33z39780 If I understand your questions correctly I will say that fat in the belly is just a pain in the rear to get rid of. Good fat/bad fat....it will take the same amount of work to get rid of.

@Kosichful good gains, 18 lbs in 3 months at your age is awesome! If your looking to bulk up some more, continue to lift like you do, just increase the amount of food you eat. particularly the protein and carbs.

Mike just want to say that I've been following all your routines on tricep and bicep work and these last couple vids were great. I feel like my form is way better and I feel the right muscles doing the work. I totally see definition and mass build in my arms (and chest I follow your chest routines as well). Thanks man, keep the vids coming and thank you for the motivation.

@BlackOps0524 When I was doing workouts with shirts on people complained that they couldn't see the muscles move and get a better understanding of what I was working (for the people who aren't intimately familiar with body structure).
