How to install intel CPU on a Motherboard

Step by step guide on how to install the CPU (Processor) on a Motherboard and also install the CPU heatsink fan and in this video I use a intel processor based on the LGA 1155 socket and install it on a Asus Z77 motherboard.

The four plastic push-in screws of the fan have arrows. Should I turn them after pressing them in and hearing the clicking sound? Or should I not do that?

It's my first time building a PC. I know how to build it, the only part i'm afraid of is putting the CPU in the MB. Is it possible to do serious damage ( e.g. move a pin ) if I just simply put the CPU in place? How dangerous is it? How fragile are the pins?
I don't know if I want to risk doing this on myself or if I should go to a computer shop and tell them to put the CPU in for me..
