In part 4, the final video in this series on having effective sales meetings, Viktoria shares some bi-weekly and weekly sales meeting topics, ideas, and tips.

It’s important to give your sales team structure and to keep them motivated. That’s why a strong weekly or bi-weekly sales meeting agenda is worth spending time on (you could even have both).

Having regular, consistent sales meetings enables you to get your team ready for the week ahead, identify any risks or blockers before they become an issue, and, of course, motivate your team.

Regular sales meetings also enable you and your team to stay on top of your sales activities, so nothing falls through the cracks.

We are testing Pipedrive for the last 30 days and one thing that we miss is lead reporting. One of our weekly kpis is leads numbers (how many new leads and from what source we have per week). The only workaround I have found is only if we convert all leads into deals (since reporting exists in deals). However this means that all leads are qualified even if they are not. How can we solve this issue and fully explore the lead funnel? Thank you in advance.
