If you want get Supers solo, it's possible to do it on Helldive Blitz Missions, wear light armor with the Scout Passive that decreases enemy detection range and have the Bridge upgrade that improves your radar range. Bring a jump pack and disposable rocket launchers. Drop in rocky areas that does not have enemy presence and use the jump pack to climb high onto tall rocks Survey the map for silver rocks and use the launchers as necessary to blow up Spore Spewers from extreme ranges.

Once you find the rock, make your way there while avoiding patrols via stealth, use the radar to detect enemy patrols and crawl when close to enemies so that they don't see you. Once you have the Samples, make you way to extraction. If the LZ has enemies in it, find a cliff or rock wall that is reasonably high that you can jump pack on to avoid enemy patrols, otherwise go into LZ and find the cliff or wall there and do the same. Now you just need to wait the remainder of the time away and 3 mins for the drop ship to arrive. Once it does, make your way in so long as it is safe to do so.

If you want you could bring Orbital Laser or Orbital Rail Cannon to clear enemies on the silver rocks, as well as Orbital Smoke Bomb to break enemy LOS and make a quick escape (best used around corners), as well as the Stamina Booster from the free warbond. Using the Orbitals should be a last resort however as those will make noise and the Enemy may start trying to find you, so make sure to have an escape plan or a cliff you can hide on when tossing the orbitals so that they will not find you and give up

If you have a friend with you though, that friend can be bait and just pull mobs away from where you need to go. If there are Stalker nest close to where you will go then the run will be vastly more complicated as the Stalkers know where you are at all times and are faster then you.
