I just wrote an eloquent long thank you comment for this video and the second I finished before I hit send my battery died and I lost it. 😅 So I will summarize.

Thank you for this video because it brings me peace to know that I have many values and I do not have to get them all done at once in order to be fulfilled.

Pleasure seeking for myself is not satisfying to me because I value growth, learning, giving to others, finding solutions, change and other values as more important for me so when every simple pleasure is available to me I feel something is still missing.

This video helped me see that there is a balance of many values and balance is not stagnant.

When I am focused on one, another will be calling for my attention. So I see that it is OK and that I am allowed to give my attention to whatever seems to be most compelling in the moment and my other values will patiently wait their turn and I can feel peace in the midst of it all.
