I don't think people live on houseboats because of the housing shortage. People have been living on boats for decades, it is usually that they like the inside of the boat and the outside, the place where the boat can stay - it is often a bit outside the busy town. There is a housing shortage indeed, but I don't think these things are connected.

Sorry but there are quite some flaws in here.
- People don't live on boats because of a housing shortage. Yes there's a housing shortage and people live on boats, but there's no correlation. Boat houses are very expensive and people live there because that's their preferred way of living.
- While you don't mention in the video that the whole train is silent, the title suggests it. In reality, trains have regular areas where you can speak and some that are silent (although during peak hours this is usually ignored).
- The 'beach' is actually a dyke, and is not natural at all. The entire Netherlands are behind dykes (man-made) or dunes (natural but maintained by managers) to protect us against the sea. The real beach is behind there, but due to the tide it is currently flooded. I assume you were at the Wadden Sea, which is more a mudflat than a sea. The actual interesting thing here is that during low tide you can walk towards some of the islands in the north.

I would really recommend doing some research before publishing.

Eating in the automated snack restaurant has even a special phrase for it: "Uit de Muir eten" = eating out of a brick wall.

The house boats don't exist because there's a housing shortage. They've always existed. Passing off something certain people desire as due to "housing shortage" is just dumb. Try opening a history book before making such statements.
Also, they do take care of the grass. How? They let sheep roam.

The gras beach is actually not a beach, it is a dike constructed by people. And the water you are showing is a lake, not the
