Dips are like squats for the upper body. High volume on this movement is crazy effective.

Ey guys, I just wanna say to people that have sternum pain from dips, when I did dumbell pullovers, it really improved for me and I don't get pain anymore. I also do a lot of deep chest stretching with the rings before I do dips. Hope this helps anyone

Down workouts are so damn good, my craziest down workout ever was, 50 down push ups and inbetween every number i did 15 pull ups and every 10 numbers down on the push ups i would switch up the push up variation and decrease the pull ups💯🔥 1275 push ups and 500 pull ups

Would love to see more GPP or cardio workout style videos. Now that you're cutting and presumably not hitting PRs, I think showing cardio videos would be quite beneficial. Maybe film a cardio session and do a voiceover where you talk about your approach to cardio or general tips. Just some ideas!

Phenomenal. Also I agree with you that dips work upper chest. I don’t get why people think of them as a lower pec only exercise. I feel them Everywhere except the lower chest.

Interesting your comments about rep speed. When I first started watching this I was about to comment your reps were way too fast. But I can see the grinders later on. Makes sense

Hey bro, my shoulder gains have been getting complements from people I know. Finding optimal volume to approach or reach failure with an overhead press has BLOWN UP my delts. I don’t have a gym membership, and I only have a couple 10 lb DB’s & 20lbs KB. I rely on challenging calisthenics and environmental weight for the bulk of my stimulus. 😈I sneak in 55 reps of two patio chairs every morning when I set the patio chairs out at my work. Your videos are really helpful for creating effective stimulus, regardless of equipment access.

Nothing, and I mean nothing gets my chest shoulders and tris more jacked with one compound exercise than dips. Absolutely blows me up like one of those freaking halloween costumes with the muscles that pop out.
