Also to anyone reading this dont go fully down just go halfway down and ur hands dont keep it like that keep it side ways like ur left hand facing left and right facing right because if its straight u have a specific pain which makes ur shoulder or joints like some pain im not sure but i saw that if u do the way i said u must open up ur chest a bit too which effects the exercise.
