He dives into the steps, shows a business use case, and does a live demo to help you replicate these steps.
In the first session, we learned how to create a CX Architecture Diagram. And for the second session, we also learned the customer lifetime value and how to map out the customer experience. For the third and final session of Robin Leonard's CX Architecture Masterclass, he will teach us Prioritisation in a realtime demo and how to put all that together to build a roadmap.
