@badinfos interesting fact: In the original Gta 3 Mr Whoppy wan spawns only after mission "You Scream I Scream". As i see in the DE version of youre Walkthrough its sponse before the mission even at the start of the game randomly. I have see it not only Walkthrough but in other people YT channel who played the GTA 3 DE version too as well.

Badi i thing you forgot to mention the marty chonks payphone missions in your completion order for the portland missions because im pretty sure you cant complete marty after the first asuka mission
