99% in GTA III DE? NO Missions Left? - SOLUTION HERE [Grand Theft Auto 3 Definitive Edition]

What to do when you have completed all side and main missions in the game, but in your stats menu you see the 99% number instead of 100%? Well this video will show you how to fix your problem.

Keep in mind one thing. Some missions are actually "optional" to completing the story, but required for getting the 100% completion. Make sure you do the story missions in the right order, because doing certain missions early will actually "lock" certain other missions, meaning you won't be able to start and complete them and threrefore won't be able to reach 100% completion.
There are two cases where this can happen. First in Portland, doing Salvatore's mission Last Requests will prevent you from finishing the remaining Luigi and Joey missions (since in that mission, you're cutting ties with the Mafia), therefore make sure to finish those first. The second case is with Waka-Gashira Wipeout for Donald Love, which will prevent you from finishing the remaining Kenji missions, as you kill Kenji in that mission, so once again, do Kenji's missions before Donald Love's. It's unknown whether this is an oversight by the developers or if this was intentional.

also remember: there is 2 ways to lock you out of 100% if you dont complete the missions in order, that Badinfos gave you in the 100% checklist.

But just in case ill say it here:
on the first island complete: Luigi, Joey, Toni and Salvatore in this order (one Luigi mission can get skipped by accident)
and later, complete every "K" mission on the minimap before Waka-Gashira Wipeout (a Donald Love mission), so you dont get locked out of the rest K missions. You're welcome
