Original -vs- Definitive :: EVIDENCE DASH :: GTA 3

In this video I will make a comparison between the original GTA 3 game released in 2001 and the Definitive Edition of GTA III released in 2021.
The mission I will look at today is "Evidence Dash". I will compare the tasks, execution, speedrun tactics and gameplay between both versions.

Call me crazy but I think that lighting of the package in the Definitive being on the ground immediately even if the package itself is flying is a good thing.
Sometimes when you smash into a Bobcat with huge force at high speeds, the package can go flying but you can’t for sure see where it’ll land, this way you know exactly above which point on the surface package actually is, making it easier to catch. You can adjust your speed according to the landing position and catch it immediately.
If you’ve watched a football game, you know what I mean, 3rd person camera can sometimes be deceiving about an accurate position of the ball above the pitch when someone kicks it in the air.
Maybe I’m being too philosophical about a single thing in a game but I just wanted to share my thoughts 😄

Both give the same experience in this mission, maybe my fav in gta3, it's different each time, pretty fun, and not frustrating like others.

Have your ever thought, in the definitive, they have modernised the interior mostly, so probably Ray' s toilet block would probably been smelling nice 😅. Just my theory. Don't find it as bad comment.
