You could have said this in 30 seconds vs. 3 minutes of filler and cutscenes

I was always with high blood pressure. I have been lifting weights and also some days I run. The doctor told me continue doing what you are doing as my pressured went to 114/72 which is ideal. I had never been told that before to continue doing what I do. It was always the opposite, and I just think I had wasted time not working out in the past, I am 46 and want to continue like that until I die.

Intensity doesn't seem to lead to good health or wellness. At least in my case its been true and the older I get the more it seems.

Numerous studies over many decades on Blue zones and centenarians revealed NONE of them were into biking, running or swimming and almost all of them were daily walkers . The longest living men are in Sardinia Italy and walk 4 to 5miles per day herding sheep up mountain slopes. Running destroys the knees . Take this video with a grain of salt.

I'm so tired of seeing "informative" videos like this that recommend exercises which are bad for the back and "machine" exercises which are repetitive and limited in range. Do yoga, stretching and exercises which promote flexibility, mobility and respect the body.
