Losing weight is one of the most difficult things that any of us try to do. For years, we've all been told that it is only a matter of "burning more calories than you take in". For anybody who has struggled with weight loss you know this isn't true. There are a lot of different factors that go in to our ability to lose weight. In this video we are going to go over one of the most neglected aspect of being able to lose weight... your SLEEP!! Very informative, so cortisol and leptin are implicated in the sleep weight loss study. Thanks for sharing 👍

Love your videos! I unfortunately gained weight since starting Lexapro (another one of your videos I watched before starting the medication). I've been the same weight for 20 years until I started the medication. It's been frustrating as it's hard to lose. I plan on getting off soon as I'm feeling better but definitely need more sleep! Hopefully the weight will come off as I continue to exercise.
