After doing Miranda and er stretching programs I have not had the need to ice any part of my body I study alot I am in school and am stressed about it and after sitting so long my back aches my whole body aches but after doing her program I particularly like this one I feel amazing

I was suffering with fashia . Was recommended injections by a friend in US .I didn’t opt for it. I have worked out for many years . (Yoga, stretches / Tennis ) I started following you with your exercises for few years now on utube. Love your style I felt immediately after few weeks the result no pain . I still do your exercises on utube religiously every day. When I’m free .

Iv'e been off work due to body pain in my hips, pelvic, and my knee. I've been doing this everyday for two weeks now. I feel really good I'm able to walk without pain. I was ready to have surgery for the pain, and it turns out to be muscle imbalance.Thank you Miranda for all the work you do for seniors.I told all my friends about this video.

I'm really surprised this woman doesn't have more followers. Her technique, which I call "Ballerina Yoga" is so revolutionary. She's so clear and so easy to follow along with during the routine. She looks, absolutely amazing! I can only hope I look that good in time. There's nobody else like her....

Out of all her stretching workouts this is my absolute favorite one. I had such back pain tonight and now I feel amazing. I have done other Essentrics but Miranda is my favorite leader

Thank you for all of these amazing videos! I'm 66, working at a desk job full time for most of 8 hours, Mon-Fri. and it was taking a toll!! As I was sedentary for too long, these videos, (stretches, gentle challenges, strengthening movements) are having a very positive effect! Thank you very much for gearing invigorating movement to seniors!! Increased mobility and flexibility is paying off after only 2-3 weeks! No need to pay a gym membership; just doing these every morning at home! It means so much, Miranda!!! 💃🏻❤
