Wow I am so glad I found your channel, this is excellent information thank you for making things easy and basic, I am also a fan of homeopathic remedies and I use them often.
I have tried to use maca or flaxseed in the past but they do a number on my digestion, what other adoptogen herbs would you recommend for mood swings in post menopause? that would not irritate my digestive system?
