Should of put white pepper, tobasco, chopped garlic, then another sauce is white vinegar & crushed korean red pepper, add chopped garlic too if ur pallet can take it. Oysters & just lemon are only that good when still alive. I also like Oyster n black vinegar.

I like simple fresh shellfish oysters with lemon and some tiny diced shallots on top. It's like tasting the ocean when it's fresh of course.
