I once at 30 Wellfleet Oyters at a raw bar, and actually got a teensy weensy bit of a stomachache…too much richness going into my stomach at one time I was told, but that mingnonette sauce I put on them, was just too good 😋😋😋

California got one of the best oyster farms... when you get it, it's straight from the ocean, so you get that ocean water... not Deluded ice, the oyster has been filtering it... plus some restaurants will sell you dead oyster meaning if you cook it, it won't open meaning its dead... you would not know it too
