as a low fps player i can confirm i get really happy when my games are above 40 fps

As someone who has been testing out all the FPS from 30 to 60, here's some useful information about the minimum framerate you need for a smoother than 30 experience. This is because when you aim with 30fps you can feel some sort of delay while looking around which is not felt on 60fps. Here's the minimum fps you need for different situations:

30FPS: slow paced games that don't need to much of input from the user, mostly moving around and all that

36FPS: Makes aiming with mouse significantly smoother so you can use this in first person shooter games where you can't hit 60fps, aiming in 36fps is significantly more smoother than 30fps specially with motion blur on (which many don't like).

45FPS: this is a very smooth experience and feels a bit closer to 60, there aren't any input delays in this (atleast for me). Use it for games that requires frequent input from the user to the game and aiming is much comfortable in this.

60FPS: it's the standard of smoothness, I hope all games on ps5 and Xbox series X somehow stay on 60 until the next ps6 comes out.
