I don't see any difference, I only see an measurement error of 1%

Do it also with razer cortex game booster to see which one is the best and perhaps with the 2 on simultaneously!

Gamemode is useless, unless you have allot of background apps, and startup apps while you're playing your game. In other ways, it doesn't do anything. So i disable it myself, since i have 0 background apps apart from steam and maybe discord sometimes.

Temporary disables some unnecessary background apps and services (or at least - not essential in general - like windows updates, which can wait till you're done). That's probably while it drops 2 degrees.

en mi caso fue la razon de por que me levantaba la temperatura DEMASIADO. Por lo que busque es un caso RARISIMO no encontre a nadie que le suceda. supongo por las piezas que combine(i74790+3050rtx+ddr3 16gb ram) pero igual pase de jugar warfarme(por decir un ejemplo, tambien pasaba con sekiro) de 60-70c a jugar a 40-54c. Feliz <3

What about input delay? Is OFF or ON better?

The VRAM is higher in game mode in every comparison shot in Game Mode. With VRAM requirements going to so high in games I would always disable it for that reason alone.
