Mary; the Mother of God - An Orthodox Documentary Film

For the first time an Orthodox documentary that explores the birth, life, and dormition of St. Mary. The film also delves to answer many of the controversial dogmas and heresy's that have been associated with St. Mary, such as the Immaculate conception doctrine, the idea of veneration of St. Mary, the Ever Virginity of St. Mary, the Intercessions of St. Mary, Martin Luther's attacks on St. Mary, and the Apparitions of st. Mary at Zeitoun.

I saw her too... in my bedroom when I was a child. I thought it was an angel or some spirit apparition, but I remember the feeling that a loving, caring person was looking over me. After watching this video and seeing the image of the blessed virgin in Zeitoun, I realize that it was the Theotokos I saw, watching over me as I lay in my bed. I was not raised Christian. My life has been a spiritual struggle. I grew up in a community of spiritists and psychics, so I was exposed at an early age to demonic influences. Now I am 48 and preparing to be baptized into the Orthodox Church. I realize now that all my life the Theotokos has been interceding before the throne of Christ, on my behalf, even though I am an unbaptized sinner. Glory to God! I am aware of the controversies in the Eastern Orthodox Church concerning ecumenism and interfaith communion, but I will always consider Copts, Armenians, Assyrians, and other "Oriental Orthodox" Christians to be my brothers and sisters in Christ. Most holy Theotokos, save us!

I always find it strange about Protestants and their problem with the Virgin Mary
I always think it's hilarious that they accuse the Roman Catholics of praising the Virgin too much and then I think, "these people have never encountered the Orthodox Church, have they?"

Orthodoxy is a piano with a full set of keys. Catholic have three quarter of the keys. The Protestants even less. Until these so called modern church have but a few keys of the piano. If these Christians educated themselves they would see the orthodoxy is the original and most purest faith handed down from the apostles themselves.
