Hello guys, hope you are having a lovely week - I have been hit with a pretty bad cold so I wanted to share with you the routine I have been following that I think has really helped to make me feel better and recover as quickly as possible. This routine has honestly been game changing for me, my cold was SO bad the first couple of days I was convinced it would be sticking around for weeks - but it is day 5 and I am already on the mend. So if you are also not feeling great, then I really recommend these tips on how to feel better when you’re sick. The most important thing to remember when you’re sick is to get loads of rest and stay hydrated - don’t worry about needing to stay productive, just take care of yourself.
