I’m currently on vacation and didn’t want to pack any weights. I knew you’d come through with some killer body weight exercises. You didn’t disappoint. What a great fusion exercise. Saving this as one of my all time favorites.

I feel fresh after this session. It didn't make me feel like heaving throughout, which is great cause yesterday I was sick and lethargic so this feels like a nice warmup for the week! Thanks Heather, u rock! 😃
