Setsuno's backstory, the way it's hinted at in the manga and anime, seems to suggest that his lover framed him for a bunch of robberies and other small time crime, considering what his quirk is. He's another Shinso situation, where his quirk basically gives people a pre-conceived notion of him as a "villain".

2:15 i dont think "the boss" was bed ridden cuz in the anime we clearly see overhaul using his quirk on him so that he couldn't interfere with overhaul trying to get the yakuza back in power becuz his methods were all wrong

When Overhaul uses his quirk, he doesn't rub his arm because his quirk causes him to itch, . He explains after using his quirk on Magne & Compress' arm that the bad part about his power is the after effects that causes him to dirty his clothes with blood. He rubs his arm to try to get the blood off. But that's in the anime series when he meets the League of Villains & Tomaru for the first time. Regardless, I absolutely love this video & love the info. It at least gives me some My Hero Academia content to watch between the episodes in season 4 ❤💛💚💙💜

Important note, the Boss DID NOT get sick, Overhaul used his quirk to place the boss in a coma after the Boss tried to stop him from experimenting on his granddaughter, stating that he would fix the old man after he had "cured" the world and restored the Yakuza to their rightful place.
