This is a complete hypertrophy program using the PPL x Arnold split. PPL x Arnold combines the push pull legs split and Arnold split into a 6 day hybrid program. The split is laid out as:

Chest/back day
Leg day
Shoulders/arms day
Pull dayPush day
Leg day

This is a low volume program, designed for bodybuilders in their first 1-2 years of gym training.

Does 8-12 on lunges mean each leg or total? I also have the same question for single leg calf raise.

Love your videos Dr!! should I train 5 days a week consecutively? For example, i do lower, upper, legs push, pull Monday to Friday but should I rest on a Wednesday and do Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday Saturday? Also should I train sore? Thanks dude
