That's one hell of a flex. Dies and first thing he does is go to Palpatine like "Oh, btw I'm an immortal force ghost now, peace out."

“Win you cannot” and then he vanishes. That’s definitely a Yoda thing to do. No arrogance, no gloating, not even a smirk of satisfaction at achieving what Sidious had desired for so long. Just a cold hard statement of a truth that only he would know because he is now one with the Force and could indeed see Sidious’ defeat.

“Oh? I will teach him to respect his elders then. What would you suggest?”

“Force Lightning. About it, I told him not.”
Palpatine:
“Goood…”

Since 1983 everyone knows that the Emperor asked Luke about Yoda and when Luke refused to answer, the Emperor knew that Yoda was now dead. Read the novel.

I wished that in return of the Jedi when Darth Vader said to Luke “Obi-Wan has trained you well” Luke would have said back, “ I wasn’t just train by Obi -wan, I was also train by Master Yoda “ and then they show you the fear on Palpatine’s face knowing that Luke has in fact become a Jedi.

Yoda dies and the 1st thing he does as a force ghost is go to palpatine and say "fuck you"

"Master dead."
"Suprised?"

I think, unless he talked himself out of it and somehow downplayed what he felt or what he realized about Yoda's mergence with the Force, Sidious would be rather upset that Yoda is now part of the very power Sidious claims to master. He might think that Yoda somehow taints the force as a whole, ignoring the whole light side / dark side duality of the Force.

He may consider that any time, from then on, when he pulls on the Force... some aspect of Yoda is part of the Force and therefore part of Sidious' own actions, perhaps diluting or lessening his power in some way. As the Force is infinite, something Sidious could never 'drain away' to nothing, so too would it be impossible for Sidious to harm Yoda or remove Yoda from the Force in the future.

Should Yoda return and use any measure of the Force in front of Sidious or upon him... Sidious would realize his former enemy had indeed found eternal life, and had risen above any Sith, including the Emperor himself! This would put Sidious into a rage from which he would not withdraw until he could convince himself that it was all somehow false, that his own power and person were still supreme. His own ego would allow nothing less.

While palpatine succeded in the plan he did not win the duel. YODA decided to disengage per the imminent arrival of reinforcements deciding not to risk the potential of dying and the knowledge he had to die with him per the novelization.

I love that the detail that force ghosts can be felt throughout the entire force itself

Force ghosts are possibly my favorite part of lore, and seeing this is great.
