I love how despite the councils wishes, Yoda still pushes Anakin to do what he believes is right. Really shows that mutual respect between each other, god I love the clone wars.

I like how Yoda actually backs Anakin and doesn't believe Ahsoka is guilty either really reinforces the line of the council not being in total agreement in regards to her expulsion

I like how there is a mutual respect and understanding between Master Yoda and Anakin. Anakin always went to Yoda for help, like in ROTS when Anakin had dreams of Padme dying, or when Yoda asked Anakin’s help to escape the temple in season 6. And this scene is great! They really needed to keep it. I always wonder why they keep out the good deleted scenes

Anakin did what Yoda couldn't, saving his first apprentice. Yoda couldn't save Dooku. I think that's why Yoda secretly encouraged Anakin to save Ahsoka.

They should have kept this scene...I appreciate a concrete view of how Yoda felt, and it really contributes to Anakin’s growing animosity with the council. Also further shows how willing the council was to turn on its own, because Anakin saying “every Jedi has a lightsaber” is such a simple but damning undercut of The council’s idiocy here

I love how Mace Windu is in a continuous state of suspicion. Like:
