Thank you. I broke my ankle a little over 15 yrs ago and a plate and 10 screws are still left. So, I definitely have arthritis in that ankle. Then a few months ago I got a very bad sprain on my other ankle. It still is painful on and off I guess depending on what I've done that day. The pain is sometimes right on the ankle bone and goes to above my heel in the back. Hopefully these exercises will help both.

These are really helpful, thank you! I’ve fractured my R leg twice now 😢 8 years ago I broke my fibula and dislocated my foot. Last year, I slipped on gravel going downhill during a walk with family and ended up with a open fracture of my tib-fib 😫

I now have advanced osteoarthritis in my talar joint and I’m trying to stave off fusion surgery for as long as possible (I’m only in my early 40s).

I love your videos 👍👍👍. As I get older, I enjoy your videos on how to stretch and how important it is . I also wanted to ask you, I had a heart attack in 2021. I am gradually getting back to exercising. I started to use the strengthening bands . But I started to get pain on the side of my heart where I have a defibrillator, so I stopped completely and just continue to go on walks with my service dogs. Are there any suggestions you might have for me to continue to strengthen my upper body without hurting myself ? If you do not want to answer I understand. I will continue to follow you and let my friends know about your channel. Thank you for all the information and many blessings to you, family, and subscribers 🙏🙏🙏. "Pops"#truschoolsports🥊🥊

I very like you and your videos. It looks you have good mobility and rom in your ankles and feet. I dont know how it is in the US, but in Europe has many women problems with their feet. And many many doctors pay attention on preventive feet examinations during regular physical examinations. And it is so immprtant for a whole body. I dont know what is your experiences, if you have your feet ever examined at doctor, but our feet changes during age and at women during pregnancy and due to bad shoes, hormonal imbalances and walking habits etc. It would be great if you can do videos about your feet examination, like show your normal walking habits, walking on heels and on toes, standing and jumping on one leg, squating, show types of your feet arches, senzitivity and reflexes tests and show range of motion in your ankles and toes.
