HOW TO FIX 'SYSTEM IS OUT OF GPU MEMORY'

For some reason im running out of memory on a very light scene. only when the render is finished does it run out. but it doesnt actually run out of memory as the peak memory usage is 248 mb. my graphics card is 16gb. the only thing i have opened is blender, no viewports open etc.

How do you clear the cache? Also, I didn't know switching to solid view before rendering had a positive effect. Nice!

Also reducing tile size is gonna be helpful?

i found out "unpack resources" will help, and save the blend file then revert will clean alot of memory and will help too

sorry, I cannot find TEMP folder in APP DATA, im new to windows, I dont have App data/Temp in Windows or Users the same :/ 16GB rtx

how did u render in squares and in my cycles GPU with my RTX3060 I see nothing and when I press anything blender freezes

It helped. Just switch to solid in viewport.

if CUDA does not work in your viewport, do not use your computer.. see? You have no more problems.
