I am 18 and struggling continuously, trying to balance my preperation for competitive exams and looking after my parents because of my mother's chronic illness. I have gained a lot from this channel in these tough times. Thanks a lot

i think 18-24 is just hard in general. everyone's trying to figure out and everyone's pretending they got it all. except ofc if they're going for conventional fields then things are different

Another way of thinking about the fundamentals is something called "The Mundanity of Excellence" - the idea is that all of the most successful people in world live very mundane lives i.e. each day is practically the same. They wake up and go to bed the same time. They eat the same healthy meals every day. They put hours into their craft every single day. This compounded over years and decades is what leads to success.

3:20 im 22, and i think at this age you get bombarded with a lot of advice but until you actually live it, it just sounds like a boring cliche. i heard someone once say something to the effect of: when you're at school you can study and prepare for the exam, before you take it. but in life, tests just hit you out of nowhere. in fact, you can study and prepare for life, but we often don't heed the signs.

I was just going through an existential crisis thinking “oh wow I’m already 18” & then I look at the screen and see this video 👀. The universe works in mysterious ways.

I’m 19 and the amount of good content like this on YouTube has changed my life completely over the last few years. I don’t see a good reason to go back to business school next fall and everything has been going wonderful regardless. I have a clothing company which is making me really happy and allowing me to live out my creative endeavors. I have my real estate sales persons license as a little side gig and I’m learning a lot through it, and I also have started an improvement blog.

Meditating every day and working out and really understanding what you are putting into your body changes the game completely. I have learned how to overcome anxieties and really spend a lot of time on my work, and I’m very excited for the future.

*tries applying all of this advice frantically before I turn 19*

In all seriousness, I appreciate your honest tips that don't get spoken about too often!
