The nature of Focaccia is all about olive oil. This recipe is absolutely spot on. I like to make a salted herbed mix with toasted garlic powder, rosemary, basil, oregano and crushed fennel seed and throw it on the Focaccia before I dimple it. Love this recipe. Focaccia is one of my all-time favorites. Kudos to Nagi!

Made this and omg it’s incredible! We couldn’t stop eating it. Topped half with olives & rosemary, the other side plain. Served with fresh homemade ricotta. Seriously next level:)) Nagi, you’re amazing 🤩

Love this video. I would be great if you could share any other info about the pan. I looked and found the size but no resource information. That size is perfect for so many things and I've been looking for a long time. I was t to make this Focaccia and hear those crunch sounds in my kitchen.
