My gpu is quadro k1200 + i7 8th gen cpu regular no letter and it gets around 165-240fps in fortnite

Legacy components shouldn't be judged by modern day performance standards. My first card was an Asus 9550G, playing CS:S competitively. It was also my first Halo playthrough. Heck it got dx9 support and got me through HL2 as well. If it was a garbage card by the standards of it's time, that's another story.

You might be running on your integrated graphics (the one your cpu might have) make sure youve plugged the hdmi into the cpu snd not the motherboard, also check from your task manager
