This is terrible advice. Depression in the office can be caused by vitamin D3 and magnesium deficiency. Going to a psychiatrist will worsen the condition because they will give you drugs instead nutrients. And simply just going out on s break or sitting next to window is nowhere near enough. People have to balance nutrition and a little excercise to avoid depression. That's all it takes.
