Congratulations, your contribution for the society is enormous, you have a lot of knowledge and you are helping a lot of people with your work. As a theraphist I have read books from ellis, beck, burns, and I found your work also very effective. I have been doing your courses about cognitive theraphy and I have applied it on me and on my patients, and it works. In my personal case I have seen real change in my behavior and feelings by changing my core beliefs using your techniques. You are changing the lives of many people by explaining these complex concepts in a very simple way. Thanks for all your help!

Hi, nice video. I normally get seasonal affective disorder and for the past few weeks I get a automatic sad low feeling. I try to delete the thought from my mind. It’s a horrible feeling and I’ve not been feeling my normal self . I am normally a very happy person because I think about my family, health friends and the things that I am aiming for in life. I’ve been feeling low quiet often since the second week of January. Do you know how long the condition lasts for?

Can bright light therapy also help reduce anxiety/panic (and depressive feelings coming with it)?
