It’s nice that Anakin got to speak with Padme (her spirit) again. Anakin is remorseful for the terrible things that he has done, he never wanted to become a monster. Padme was right about Anakin all along as we saw in ROTJ. I hope that they were reunited in the force after he passed away.

I think I remembered that one time, Vader visited Padme's ghost, who rejected him after claiming that Anakin was pretty much dead.

I wonder if this was canon or not. Or this happened after that event.
