We MUST have to wake up Before Sunrise EVERYDAY for our " FAZR NAMAAZ " frm age 7 yrs to the " Last Breath " n during the PROCESS our 360 Bones/ Muscles/ Limbs/ Cartilages/ Veins/ Nerves are all EXERCISED n we MUST do our PRAYER 5 TIMES a day n Alhamdulillah Need Not have to do any EXTRA
