It's not a hush money case. Paying hush money is (usually) not illegal if you do it out of your own pocket. If you're running for president and cooking your company books because you're too cheap to use you own money and you try to withhold it from the electorate - THEN it's illegal.

When Trump cooked his books he called personal expenses corporate expenses which is illegal and this is what he has been found guilty of.

So the appropriate name for the trial is "The Business Records Falsification Case." Why call it anything else, something it is not? Is it to mislead the viewers? Is it because it sounds more salacious and juicy?

Whatever happened with journalistic ethics? Being truthful (as in "the truth, the whole truths and nothing but the truth") when reporting? Is there a "journalistic truth" we haven't been informed about?
