Trump loses Supreme Court bid to stop sentencing as Barrett, Roberts join liberal justices

The U.S. Supreme Court denied Trump’s request to delay his sentencing for his 34 criminal convictions, with Chief Justice Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett siding with the three liberals on the court. Justices Thomas, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Alito say they would have granted the stay. Kristy Greenberg and Lisa Rubin join Chris Hayes to discuss.

I can't wait to hear the judge. Sentencing is the judge's duty to attempt to correct behavior. How do you correct the behavior of an 80 year old man who has never been held accountable for anything in his life? I bet in his mind he has done nothing wrong. Or has ever done anything wrong in his life.
