Phase SiX Push/Pull Workout: Beginners

We have found it to be extremely important (and beneficial) when starting out with our movements to master the basics first to build a solid foundation and refine your technique to have a better understanding of your own body mechanics before you add weight to an exercise.

This upper body focused workout has the perfect combination of movements to unlock your ultimate movement potential when first starting out and will allow you to train harder for longer!

⚡️3 Sets

▪️Push Up (Slow tempo x 8-10 Reps
▪️30 - 60 Secs rest

▪️Bridged Ring Row x 10-12 Reps
▪️30 - 60 Secs rest

▪️(Active Recovery) Needle Arm Thread Through x 5-6 Reps each side
▪️30 Secs rest

With practice, consistency and #patience, over time you will be able to progress to the more advance versions of these movements and make free gains on other exercises without direct work!

As always, focus on moving with intent and purpose with an emphasis of quality over quantity!
