Thats the thing, in ACC, all you really have is the modern GT3 cars so its not an issue

iRacing also requires a second mortgage. . .

Well acc is only gt3 so that s normal behaviour

People gotta remember, ACC is pretty much only GT2/3/4, which actually do brake and handle irl like they do in game

Well ACC is almost an exclusive GT3 Sim so it is understandable.

ACC is a product. iRacing is a service.

Ok you’re not going to touch on slip physics? The most game breaking part of iRscing and one of the things that makes ACC so great? The fact one reacts as a real car would and the other turns into an ice simulator

The acc model also allows you to tune how much brake pressure you use. Meaning 100% input isnt 100% braking.

my irl track car def prefers to brake like you do in iracing. I have a pretty aggressive brake pad that actually engages the abs if I were to brake to 100% pressure

This is super important, and I struggled in places until I understood it. Obvy I watched onboards and saw the pedal work, but until I understood this from spending time in iRacing (mostly W12/W13) and watched dev blogs and read ACC documents, eracers, I struggled MIGHTILY in places like Hungaro.

so THANK YOU for spreading the word,

Not according with that. Acc wants you to brake at 100% but if you're playing it realistically, you will always lock up your wheels when braking in acc. And, you are more efficient in acc braking like in I racing.

I know this isn't a tutorial but this helps so much. I break on some corners at 100% playing Assetto and I got a good handle on the car but I lose speed, glad to know I just need to mess around with the brakes a little

Someone needs to show gt7 creator about balancing with weight transfer.

So does that mean that the ABS system for ACC GT3 Cars is more realistic than in Iracing GT3 Cars?

I personally enjoy IRacing. It’s the best simulator in my opinon and if you have a job then I have no complaints about it. It shouldn’t spark a argument between sim racers globally. I don’t understand why can’t we just all enjoy our sims and get on with life. 😂😭

Its almost like ACC is simulating a modern gr3 😮

Wait so a sim for modern gt car has exactly what modern gt cars have?

The one thing I've noticed is the cars look far slower on iRacing than ACC. You can coast into corners and still be fast

If you turn off ABS or have low settings in ACC and break 100% into a corner you won’t be fast. Another big difference is the tyre model..
