It is a model 3 with an aftermarket light bar. You can see the model 3 boot joints and number plate is in wrong place. Fake news!

Saw one in Texas thought it was an aftermarket light bar since the rest of it looks the same as ‘24.

This is the tesla model 3, and someone added a light bar. The way you can spot that is by checking the trunk line (where the trunk meets the glass) which is much higher for the model 3 compared to model y, and the fact that on top of the glass roof, where in the case of model y, there must be a visible line because of the hatch opening.
Also, the car is much lower than the SUV in front (so another way to tell that this is the model 3, and not the model y)

The light gap can be an artifact of the camera shutter speed and led refresh rate interaction.

that's a M3 with 3rd party back lights. Also a MYP juniper would come after a normal MY juniper as it happened for M3.
