I love mine. It keeps my bedroom frosty on 100+ days and only pulling 300 watts most of the time cycling off and on. I bought another for my living space and it does a better job than the new central ac in the manufactured home I’m renting. I save 80 bucks a month using these instead of the central ac. My Amazon delivery was flawless and I would highly recommend

If you have HUMIDITY, just DON'T
Bad:
1) Stupid hose placement. Didn't want to drill thru my house so I used a 5 gallon Home Depot bucket I had to empty 6-7 times a day. (Clear hose it comes with gets loose & will flood your floor. Check it OFTEN.)
2) Bulky. Actually... it's massive and ugly as all get out.
3) So many cracks for outside air & the sticky tape is also ugly.
4) Wasn't all that great on my electric bill.
Good:
1) The 10, 000 BTU cooled my entire 630 sq. ft cabin.
2) Easy to install.
I just bought the Midea 12, 000 btu inverter U-shaped window unit. Quieter, inverter, space saver, no bucket. WIN!
Never again on portable.

I ordered one, it came with the top roller vents out if their socket. I returned it, ordered another one, and now i have the joy of driving 4 hours to return it with the same problem. They use plastic for the sicket where they should use metal. Sad. I was looking forward to this unit . Driving 4 hours one way is not fun, but the option the company tech gave me.

NOPE - mine was missing FOUR pretty important pieces to install, after spending TWENTY minutes with customer service who were utterly confused about the parts I was talking about even though I used the official name of the parts, the foam seals (among other things) apparently were on back order and I wouldn't get until AUGUST!?!?!?! The attachments for the window are SO FLIMSY. It's garbage.

So it takes the air it just cooled and uses it to cool the cooling element 😑
