You can monetize text to speech videos until youtube detect it if you got already monetization approval but you can't get approval for the new channels because youtube manually checking the new monetization applications.

Hey buddy! I've been surfing through the internet and I am seeing that 50% are stating that a video cannot be monetised if it involves text to speech, while the other are stating just the opposite. Help out here a little. I can say that a change in this area has taken place in the recent past for sure.
