The best documentary on North Korea from the Western perspective. Maybe only "My Brothers and Sisters in the North" is better. I think the narration is a bit too intrusive, it works better without it, just sensing the atmosphere of the country.

I see these people and wonder what their lives are like. What’s your favourite food? What do you like to do for fun? What are your hopes and dreams? They are humans too, just in a place that doesn’t allow them to be free and many are brainwashed. Part of me wants to give them a hug while no one’s watching and say “this is not all there is” and I wish they can be free someday.

Thanks so much for this upload!
It's nice to see actual people from North Korea, instead of the typical same old tours and propaganda.
Even though no one can freely speak in front of a camera (I know about that, I was born and raised in Chile under Pinochet), to see the North Korean people, specially the ones from the countryside, having fun, the senior citizens, it's really nice and helpful, specially for those Westerners who can't separate the people from the default leaders of a country.
