The amount of money spent on war… if ONLY humanity would have spent this much on improving life on Earth.

This was more than 7 years ago. They talk about a new cold war. I don't think it's very cold. War is everywhere right now.

Is it just me, or does it concern anybody else that some of the people who have the ability to get these missiles in the air can't pronounce the word nuclear?

@29:40 I thought he was about to say the Spider-Man quote. “With great power comes great responsibility” Homie caught himself lol.

Aside from the seriousness of the tone of this story, I'd have to say that the military personnel interviewed were exceptionally professional.

I spent 3 years at NASIC as an Intelligence Analyst in the Ballistic Missile Directorate. Cool place to work and I enjoyed that assignment. We used to poke fun at ourselves jokingly: "It doesn't take a Rocket Scientist .... wait a second I AM a Rocket Scientist."

Drives me nuts when people say 'nucular' instead of 'nuclear'

Kim was in a school band in his youth. They called themselves the " Insane Ballistic Missile Posse."
Surprisingly rebellious.

Scary thinking this was broadcasted 7 years ago .. Their capabilities must have increased significantly since then .. Glad we have a team of people keeping watch on the situation

Just an FYI, I would start blurring the backgrounds of these images of missile locations. With future Ai tools you could pin point the location based on all data in the video or photo.
