Keto Mug Bread Recipe
3 tbsp almond flour
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 tbsp melted butter
Optional: Seasonings to taste - I used garlic powder and onion salt

Looks great. I use a sandwich container shaped in the form of a slice of bread 🍞 which people use to take sandwiches to work or school.and I purchased it at the Dollar Tree! I make my batter, pour it in my sandwich container, pop it in the microwave, without the top for 90 seconds and voila keto bread shaped like a slice of bread. This stuff is amazing! I’m totally going to make a chicken salad sandwich! Thanks!!!

I’ve made this Keto bread twice now. It’s soooo good. I also cut the bread into cubes and used it as croutons on a salad. Absolutely delicious and so easy to make

I tried the recipe and was sooo sad because it tasted bitter. So I checked the date on the baking powder and it had expired. So when I bought fresh ingredients (baking powder and almond flour ). Wow!! What a difference. So glad I didn’t give up it’s a great recipe ! Thank you. FYI. Warn everyone if it tastes bitter - use fresh ingredients:-)

i used my homade peanut butter 3 tbs instead of almond flour, and let me tell you it turned out great i ate it by itself, for the people who want to try and dont have almond flour, im going to be making this every day now great video as usual thank you for this recipe

I made this mug bread and OMG. It’s delicious. I absolutely love your recipes. Most Keto recipes aren’t very tasty but yours are always delicious. Spot on ! Thank you. I’ve been able to lose 18 pounds and my blood sugars have dropped tremendously.

Myra, I made this bread in a 5w x 3t straight sided ceramic bowl. It yields a 1” x 5” bread. I added pizza spices to the bread. And lightly toasted it after I sliced it in half to stiffen the bread. Nice cause it’s sandwich size. Love it.

Tried this yesterday and used it as a burger bun. Quite good, actually, and definitely better than the slice of sorghum bread I have been using after switching to a lectin-free diet.

Just made this recipe this morning and added everything bagel seasoning to the mix and it was delicious. I made a scrambled egg along side of it. Thank you❤️

this recipe is awesome and versatile! i tried experimenting with almond oil in place of butter. while it works, the butter gave a fluffier and airy bread. i also found that this makes a good base recipe for a quick puto or Filipino rice cake (traditionally made with rice flour/rice dough).

So glad we found you. All of your recipes are easy and they look terrific, and I'm sure they taste as well. My wife is Chinese and she cooks very well, although I don't eat Chinese. I just found your videos on Chinese meals keto style, thank God. I hope to change her way of eating and get her into ketosis so she can lose a few pounds and we can do this together. I've looked for a keto cookbook written in Mandarin so she can easily read and understand but no luck so far. She understands very little english, and I love her just the same, best wife I've ever had, and she is my 3rd one, 1st one was great but she passed at a young age, 2nd only lasted 5 yrs unfortunately. But God put us together, I couldn't have picked out a better partner. Anyway thank you for all of your videos, I just started and am learning from you. God Bless.
