Wholesome cookies are with rajgira — a calcium-rich superfood that’s also a great source of iron, magnesium, and fiber. Paired with almond flour for healthy fats, vitamin E, and essential minerals, these cookies support bone strength, brain health, and immunity.
Recipe -
- Combine 3 tbsp cold ghee with ¼ cup jaggery and mix till well combined
- Sift through 1 cup rajgira (amaranth) flour & ¼ cup almond flour (homemade), ½ tsp baking powder & ¼ tsp baking soda and mix well
- Add 4 tbsp milk and knead into a dough
- Make small portions and shape into cookies
- Top with chocolate chips & refrigerate for 15 mins
- Bake at 180*c for 15 mins
