Fun fact: found suicune years ago on accident not knowing he would just run after one move and just chucked a great ball randomly and caught it. Didnt know just how lucky i got until like a year later

A remaster fixing that glitch should happen. A similar thing had already been done on Rūjyura in the 3DS Virtual Console games.

Suicine doesn’t know roar so the glitch can’t happen with him. Also the glitch is inconsequential. Encounter entei or raikou once then run away on your first turn, this will put it in the Pokédex which helps to find where it is to catch it. Then just save your game before trying to catch it, if it uses roar just reset. People make a huge deal out of this for no reason.

Suicune can't learn roar, making her the only one of the Legendary Beasts to not be affected by this glitch.

I was stubborn as a kid and thought not catching legendary Pokémon in master balls was tougher and cooler. But when I ran into a non-Kanto legendary my mind was blown and chucked my master ball!

I looked this up since i remember vividly how angry i got with the trio for roar spamming and me finding them again and again, just for them to escape. In gen 2 they reappear, so in gold and silver. In gen 3 leafgreen/firered where you can track them on the map, this glitch can happen. After roar they can disappear from the map and they are gone for good

Not only were they that difficult to catch, with the glitch that made them perma gone if they used roar once, but they were also glitched to be guaranteed to have the lowest possible stat values.

I found an Entei as a teen and accidently threw a pokeball instead of a masterball. Still remember about that to this day.

Due to changing of level up moves in Crystal Suicune no longer has Roar, meaning the glitch doesn’t work on it. Entei and Raikou however do.😊

Raikou is my favorite Legendary in every trio. He is always on a team I make.
