Definitely Male midwives in the UK. When I did my nurse training half the class were male and half again went on to become midwives.

One side may have tons of small advantages while the other has a few big ones but whats important is that they balance out. That is what equality should be, not the same but equal. 3+1 and 2+2 equal each other but are not the same equation. Not even just by gender but everyone needs to be equal, and because of how the way life is and how we are born people do not start off as equal so it is up to society and the law to make it so that we are.

I wouldn't have really been able to pick on this one, would stand right in the middle. Women have more rights than men in areas such as divorce or custody cases but there's still a bias in the workplace in some places whether or not it's conscious or subconscious there are still a certain level of bias imbedded particularly in the older generation

Like a wemon can get away with more things because of the sworn fact that they are wemon

And a man can get more jobs than a woman can because he is deemed more fitting

I do think in the business world and in the world of power and structure no I dont think wemon have advantages

But in the home life and the wemon with kids everyone alwayse sides with the woman when it comes to the child's wellbeing

There are male mid wives just like there's male obgyns. Do I always agree with men having those jobs? No. But there still are professional men in that career that truely care and do well for their clients/patients.
